 | Julian Ringer - Dip TP MRTPI CEnv MIEMA Julian is a Chartered Town and Country Planner and a Chartered Environmentalist. He established Safety, Environment and Quality Management (SEQM) Ltd in 1994. As Managing Director he continues to be involved in environmental consultancy and training, specialising in environmental management, auditing and impact assessment. He is an environmental certifier for a number of certification bodies and is a registered EMAS verifier for industry and local government. From 1989 to 1993 Julian worked as a consultant and latterly as a Technical Director at ERM, where he specialised in EIA and environmental auditing. Between 1986 and 1989 Julian was a Senior Planner at Gateshead Council and between 1979 and 1986 was Countryside, Recreation and Leisure Officer at Tyne and Wear County Council. In 2008 he was elected Junior Vice Chairman of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) Northern Region. |
 | Carmel Campbell - BEng MSc AIEMA Carmel joined SEQM Ltd in 2005 as a consultant and trainer. She specialises in implementation, training delivery and auditing of ISO14001 as well as the areas of Corporate Responsibility, Resource Efficiency, Phase 1 Environmental Reviews, Project Management, Carbon Footprint and environmental KPI development and verification for UK, European and Mexican markets. Prior to joining SEQM, Carmel worked with businesses and local authorities in both the UK and Ireland since 2000. Her projects spanned the areas of waste management, recycling business development, recycling pilot trials, process engineering, waste minimisation, energy efficiency and renewable energy, quality and health and safety. |
 | Oliver Heidrich - PhD MSc Dipl-Ing Since 1992 Oliver has worked in the fields of waste, environmental and corporate management working with national and international companies, local authorities and Universities. He has developed, implemented and assessed various municipal and industrial waste, environmental, quality, occupational health and safety management strategies for organisations globally.
Oliver joined SEQM in February 2008 and provides consultancy to a range of organisations, designing and implementing management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and integrated management systems as well as CSR. He also develops environmental assessment studies, green purchasing strategies and green tenancy guides.
He is a visiting lecturer with the School of Civil Engineering and Geoscience at Newcastle University. He has authored many academic papers that have been published in peer reviewed international journals in the areas of waste and recycling, stakeholder management, life cycle assessment and Corporate Social Responsibly.
