The SEQM approach to training is based on two key principles: enjoyment and effective delivery. We strongly believe that training must adhere to both of these principles to be of the greatest value to the delegate; indeed these principles form the core of our training philosophy.
SEQM training courses are geared towards the encouragement of delegate participation, through a combination of presentations, team based exercises, quizzes and feedback sessions. At SEQM, we believe that ‘training’ should be just that: effective education through active participation.
All of SEQM's courses are built up of a series of core presentation modules (delegate/tutor notes and overheads), exercises/case studies and support materials. The development of any new course is governed by the requirements of our management system, which is externally certified.
