Environmental Review

We can lay the foundations for environmental compliance, performance and reporting by conducting an Initial Environmental Review (IER) for your Housing Association which includes:

• Environmental policy statement development or review (including commitments to legal compliance, pollution prevention and continual improvement showing top management commitment)
• Schedule of environmental aspects which identifies potential causes of pollution for existing, planned and new developments together with an evaluation of each aspect for significance (risk assessment) including the carbon footprint
